Q : What is your terms of packing?

A : Three selection.

1.Normal packing: white boxes or brown cartons.

2.Colorful carton,which make your products looks exquisite.(This has quantity requirement).

3.If your quantity is big, the packing could do depend on your requirements.

Q : What is your terms of payment?

A : The order total amount less than USD3000, 100% payment before mass production. If the order total amount more than USD3000, we can accpet 30% deposit, the balance 70% pay before shipment. (The buyer should be responsible for the bank commission). We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.We accept T/T(Bank transfer), Western Union (WU), L/C .

A : The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q : Which kinds of certification you have?

A : We have CE,CB, UL, ETL,SAA, RoHS, TUV. After negotiation,we can do other certification you need.

Q: Can you produce according to the samples or provide customized service?

A : Yes.We can produce with your sample or technical drawing, after we finished, you can check the molds and fixtures.You also can print logo on the LED light product,but you should inform us formally before production and confirm the sample.

Q : What’s your sample policy?

A : Before we provide the sample, customer need pay the sample charge or freight fee.

Q : Do you test all goods before delivery?

A : All the products we sell have test before delivery.

Q : How to proceed an order for the lights?

A : 1. Telling your requirements and practical application with our staff.

2. We provide quotation or suggestions with your lights requirements.

3. Customer confirms the sample and down payment for the formal order.

Q : How to cooperation with each other for long term and have good relationship?

A : Good quality and competitive price ensure our customer’s benefits.

Q : Can you provide high-definition pictures, videos or other help?

A :1.For our regular style, high-definition pictures and self-videos will be provide.

2.For customize products, should pay $15 for photograph and $120~$150 for video recording(the cost depend on the photographer).

3.Some important days, our art designing will provide some free promotional poster.But you should communicated with the sales,let them know your needs.

Q : What after-sale services are available?

A : 1.1)For the products,we provide two years warranty. If under the usage of manufacturer’s instructions, any product broken or damage, we will offer repair service or replace for free.

2.Products can be replaced for free within two years after sale if it cannot use due to the quality problems, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. We will pay for the freight.

3.Beyond the warranty days, We continue to provide life-long maintenance services mainly for the power supply and some core components.

4.) Warranty time is start with the date of manufacturer.

Q : How about shipping way?

A : 1.By Express: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, etc.

2.By Air: Please let us know your airport.

3.By sea: Please advise your nearest sea port.

Q : If the goods are damaged in transit, will be how to deal with?

A : Products with large volume of fragile part, We suggest using wooden frame with outer packing (customer should pay the cost).

◎ The malfunction and damaged caused by the other barriers (man-made factors or external device).
◎ The repair after the warranty period, we offer repair with part of the products: power supply and LED. Charging the cost of
such components.
